Private Labeling Supplements for the Keto Boom

Over the past few years Ketogenic diets have boomed in popularity. Similar to the Paleo diet, this low carb, high fat diet claims to put the body into a metabolic state known as Ketosis. While the popularity of the Keto diet continues to grow, as does the demand for supplements that support the Keto lifestyle. On today's Accelerated Genetix blog post, we discuss private labeling supplements for the Keto boom.

Ketones are a great choice for private labeling keto supplements. Ketones are byproducts of the body breaking down fat for energy that occurs when carb intake is low. The body naturally uses glucose as the main source of fuel. When glycogen levels are depleted, blood and insulin are lowered, and the body seeks an alternative source for fuel. When in Ketosis, the body turns to fat as it’s source for energy. Acetoacetate, Beta-hydroxybutyric Acid and Acetone are all the three types of exogenous (ketones derived from an external source) ketone bodies.

Another great keto supported supplement is Chlorella. Chlorella is a green algae that helps increase energy when fatigued from going Keto. This powerful plant contains Chlorella Growth Factor, which contains both RNA and DNA nucleic acids. Chlorella also helps with cellular repair and regulation, allowing for more efficient energy transportation between cells.

Turmeric is another great Keto-friendly supplement that’s regarded as a powerful anti-inflammatory. The active ingredient in Turmeric, curcumin, helps improve digestion and antioxidation. Turmeric’s main benefit comes from its ability to counteract the effects of pro-inflammatory foods.

MCT’s, or medium-chain triglycerides, are a form of saturated fatty acid made popular by coconut oil. Over half of the fatty acids in coconut oil are MCT’s, but most consumers prefer an ultra-concentrated form. Medium-chain fats are digested easily and are sent directly to your liver which can have a thermogenic effect giving users a positive boost to their metabolism. Along with a boosted metabolism, MCT oil can help support a healthy gut, and can help combat harmful bacteria and viruses.

Dandelion Root

Dandelion Root has long been used to help with appetite and digestion. This powerful supplement can help with liver conditions, acne and eczema. Anyone living a Keto lifestyle will benefit from using Dandelion Root because of its ability to help digest and absorb fatty acids.
